Problems with this app

I have used this app for some time now and loved it. However for the past month or so my iPhones screen kept freezing. When I called Apple and the ran a diagnostic it was found that this app was shutting down in the background which was causing the problem with my phone. After having to reset to factory settings it worked fine then I resinstalled the app and once again it was freezing my phone so I know for sure it was this app. I would love to be able to use tv show tracker if this could be fixed.
